Having read the Third battle 1066, I make make coment on the text. It was aksed QUOTE "one wonders whether his big bones still lie here, and, if so, where on should measure the ‘seven feet of English ground’ that Harold of England granted him" END QUOTE.
Harald Surgurdsson's body was returned one year later to his homeland. I hope this clears up the question. Good rerading.. Tony
